Introduction
Welcome to the Frontier.cool onboarding series. In this installment, we delve into the Asset Library Module, a vital component for managing and organizing your digital assets. This knowledge base article will guide you through the functionalities and features of the Asset Library.
Overview of the Asset Library Module
Purpose
- Exclusive Library: The Asset Library serves as an exclusive repository for a group’s assets within Frontier.cool.
- Creation of Assets: Assets are added to the library either through scanning or uploading from a local drive.
Navigating the Asset Library

Viewing Assets:
- On entering the Asset Library, you can view all uploaded assets.
- View Options: Toggle between in-line view or card view using the icons at the top right.

Sorting Assets:
- Utilize the sort icon to organize assets based on criteria such as date created, last updated, Item#, and Eco-Impactor options.

Selecting and Managing Assets:
- The 'All' button selects all assets, activating a hover at the bottom of the screen.
- Management Options: Includes copying assets to another organization or group, adding to a workspace collection, printing assets, downloading 3D assets, exporting to Excel, merging materials, or deleting.
Creating Assets

Adding Assets to the Library:
- Click the green 'Create' button at the top right to add new assets.

Creating by Scan:
- Scan your fabric and send it to the cloud using your TextileCloud™ email.
- The asset will appear in the library after processing (3-5 minutes).

Uploading Pre-Scanned Images:
- Click 'Upload an existing image'.
- Image Requirements:
- Supported Formats: JPEG, PNG.
- Maximum File Size: 100MB.
- Minimum Resolution: 300 DPI.
- Minimum Size: 800x800 pixels.
- Upload your image, and it will appear in the library after processing.
