Welcome to the Frontier.cool onboarding series. This article is designed to guide you through managing your Workspace Module, a versatile area on the Frontier platform for creating and handling collections of assets.
Overview of the Workspace Module
Key Functions

Shared Collections:
- Access: Located under the 'Shared With Me' tab, this feature allows you to view collections shared by both internal and external users.

Searching and Filtering Assets:
- Search Bar: Utilize the search bar for finding specific fabrics.
- Filter Option: Click the funnel icon to apply various filters, including type, content, pattern, stock, price, and availability of 3D Material for download.

Sorting Assets:
- Sort Icon: Use this to sort your assets with options like A to Z (Collections to Fabrics), Date Created, and Eco-Impactor.

Selecting and Managing Collections:
- Select All Button: This option selects all assets and activates a hover at the bottom of the screen for bulk actions like deletion.

Adding Assets to Workspace:
- Add Assets Button: This opens a hover to select fabrics from your Asset Library.
- Selection Process: Scroll and check boxes or use the search bar and sorting options for ease of selection.
Creating and Accessing Collections

Creating a Collection:
- Click the 'Create new collection' button.
- Fill in details like collection name, banner image, and description.
- Click 'Create' to finalize.

Viewing Collections:
- Newly created collections appear alongside existing ones.
- Quick overview: Roll over a collection card to see the number of assets it contains.
- Access a collection by clicking on it.
Managing Inside a Collection
- In-Collection Options:
- Similar search, filter, sort, and select all options as in the main Workspace.
- Overview Button: Reveals a hover with collection description and banner image.
- Edit Option: Allows for updates to the collection's details.
