Printing an Asset
Introduction
Welcome to the Frontier.cool onboarding series. This article will guide you through the process of printing asset information within the Asset Library, a crucial step for linking digital assets to their physical counterparts.
Initiating the Print Process
- Accessing Print Functionality: Click the print icon (🖨️) on the right side of the asset information panel to start.
- Print Layout: A Standard A4 Card will open in a new tab, displaying the asset's key details.
Understanding the Printout Details
- Swatch Card Information: The card automatically includes the Material type, density, yarn size, content, width, weight, and finish of the asset.
- Non-Editable Fields: The information on the printout is fixed and cannot be added to, reordered, or customized.
- QR Code Feature: A QR code, automatically generated by Frontier, is placed on the top right, linking to the asset's full profile and information.
- Brand Group Identification: The lower left of the card prominently displays your Brand Group Name, alongside the area reserved for attaching the physical swatch.
Conclusion
Printing an asset from the Frontier.cool Asset Library seamlessly connects the digital and physical realms of your inventory, providing a tangible representation of your digital assets. This step concludes our guide on printing assets within TextileCloud™, offering a straightforward method to materialize digital information for practical use.
