Welcome to the Frontier.cool onboarding series. In this segment, we focus on the Mood Boards Module, an integral part of the platform's collaborative workspace. This module allows for the creation and management of mood boards, crucial for sourcing fabrics and conceptualizing collections.
Overview of the Mood Boards Module
Purpose and Function
- Collaborative Workspace: Mood Boards serve as a creative space to assemble and share visual ideas, aiding in the sourcing and selection of fabrics.
- Shared Access: Access mood boards shared by both internal and external users through the 'Shared With Me' tab.
Creating a Mood Board
- Initiate Creation:
- Click on the 'Create a new mood board' button.
- Customizing Your Mood Board:
- Provide a title for your mood board.
- Add images or other content to visually represent your concept.
- Write a description to give context to your mood board.
- Attach additional files if needed by using the 'Attach file' button.
- Finalizing the Mood Board:
- Click 'Create' to complete and save your mood board.
Managing Mood Boards

Viewing Created Mood Boards:
- Your newly created mood board will appear alongside previously created ones.
- Manage your mood board using the three-dot ellipse, which includes options like delete.

Interacting with a Mood Board:
- Click on a mood board to enter.
- Inside, use the slideshow viewer to navigate through the mood board pages.
- Options to download or open in a separate tab are available.

Editing and Deleting:
- Edit mood board information or delete the mood board entirely from the top menu.
- View attachments, if any, within the mood board space.
Sharing Mood Boards
- Sharing with Internal and External Users:
- Click the green 'Share' button to start sharing your mood board.
- Add people by entering their email addresses in the provided field.
- Include an optional message.
- Click 'Share' to send an email invitation to the added users, enabling them to contribute to or view the mood board.
