Printing and Customizing Your QR Code Label
Introduction
Effortlessly elevate your brand identity and customer engagement with customized QR code labels. Unlock exceptional design and data control flexibility by personalizing QR codes with your brand logos, captivating designs, and 3D-ready materials—all at your fingertips.
How to Print and Customize Your QR Code Label
- Go to the Asset Library and check the checkbox next to the fabric(s) for which you want to print a QR code label. You can select as many fabrics as you wish in one printing process.
- Select [Print the QR code label]. A label settings window will pop up.
Now, let's begin customizing the QR code label!
- Label Font Size: You can adjust the font size between 5 and 12.
Customize Label Data: To control the data you want to share on the label, navigate to Edit > Label Information in the right panel. You can manage data sharing based on the Material Type section or general information under the Material Information and Eco-Impactor™ sections.
- Example: To include weight information for specific woven fabric material, check the Weight box under the Woven Material Type section. This section also includes options like Material Type, Material Description, Density, Yarn Size, and more.
- General Fabric Information: Customize the label with general fabric information under the Material Information section, which includes Features, Width, Content, Weight, and other details.
- Eco-Impactor™: Include environmental impact information in the Eco-Impactor™ section, such as carbon emissions, water depletion, and land use.
Final Steps
- Click [Save Default] to apply your current customization settings as the default for future QR code label printings.
- When you're ready to print, click [Go Print]. Once printed, affix the label to your fabric, allowing customers to scan the QR code and explore the 3D-ready material of your fabrics.
Conclusion
TextileCloud™'s QR code labels enable you to customize the digital fabric data and information you share. This exclusive labeling feature enhances your ability to maintain full control over your asset information, providing customers with a seamless experience as they scan the QR code to access 3D-ready materials.
