How to Export Your Digital Library Data to an Excel File

Navigate to the Asset Library, where all your internal digital fabrics are stored.

Select the assets you want to export by checking the box for each one.

After selecting your assets, click the [Export Excel] button. This will initiate the export process.

The system will automatically compile the data from your selected assets. Each material type will be separated into different Excel files, making it easier for you to navigate and analyze the information.
📌 Precautions
This Excel report is for exporting overview data only. Do not use this file for mass uploads or re-uploading data, as it may cause errors. For mass uploads, please use the designated format and template we provided, and follow the tutorial in this article.
