- Once your collection is created, click on the three dots next to the collection and select [Share].
How to Share a Collection by Adding People:
-
Go to the [Add People] tab. You’ll find two sharing options: Share with Organization and Share with Others.
- Share with Organization: Enter the recipient's organization or group ID to quickly share the collection.
- Share with Others: Enter the recipient's email addresses to directly share the collection via email.
How to Share a Collection via Copy Link:

- Click on the desired social media icon, and it will automatically create a new post with a link to your collection on your social media account.
How to Embed a Collection on a Webpage:

- Additionally, enabling the toggle for [Allow 3D Material Download] allows individuals to download the 3D files from your collection once it's embedded on the webpage.
- Consult with your internal development team to embed the code on the desired webpage.
- If you wish to embed a collection on a webpage privately, read the article on how to utilize a Private Digital Library on an Embedded Page.
