Create Asset through Mass Upload - Online Spreadsheets
- Go to the Asset Library, click the +Create button, or you can simply click the Upload button.
- Scroll down and select the Mass Upload option.
- You can directly input the fabric material specifications on the Online Spreadsheet by clicking on the +Create button, then start to fill in the fields.
- The red columns indicate required fields for you to fill in, while the cyan columns indicate optional fields. When you have finished, click Save.
Upload and Transfer Mass Fabric Data with Excel File in Online Spreadsheet
- Go to the Asset Library, click the +Create button, or simply click the Upload button on the right side of the Asset Library button.
- Scroll down and select the Mass Upload option.
- Click the Upload Excel File button. Then, browse and upload the Mass Upload Excel Template file.
Note that the template can also be easily downloaded by clicking the Download Excel Template button and choosing the template file based on the material type.
💡Tip: If you are familiar with our previous Excel Template file version, you can still use it. However, we recommend reviewing the material data online before uploading.
- Once you have successfully uploaded the Mass Upload Excel file, the data will be generated automatically in the Online Spreadsheet.
- Then, you can easily check and edit the material specification data by double-clicking on the specific field you want to edit.
- After you have finished checking and editing, don't forget to click Save.
You can track the uploading status completion on the Progress Status bar.
