Welcome to the Frontier.cool Onboarding Series. In this segment, we guide you on how to start the conversation in a DigitalThread™.

Start a DigitalThread™ Conversation

1. Go to the Sourcing Library.
2. Click on the DigitalThread™ icon within an asset to initiate a detailed conversation;
   
   

   Or select the asset you are interested in and then click on the Conversation button.

   
3. Click on Add a sticker message.
4. Write your messages to request or ask for more detailed information about the asset. You can also specify who sends the stickers; choose from your organization group or send them internally yourself. Then, click Add.
   
5. When you send stickers, the asset owner will be notified, and your sticker-sending activity will be displayed in your notifications. These notifications can be viewed in the Notification tab.
   
6. Then, the conversation will be saved in the Thread Board tab, exclusively between you and the owner of the asset to which you sent stickers.
7. Similarly, you will receive notifications when someone sends stickers to your asset. These conversations will also be stored in the Thread Board tab.
